My idea of agriculture has always been linked to sustainability.
“Mostly by choice and only a little by chance I am running a small business thanks to which I can personally take care of the organization of each stage of production.
The company’s production is very limited : the extension is 6 hectares of vineyards and 25,000 are the bottles produced and signed by me personally at the end of a process designed to develop the terroir and the preservation of the habitat itself. My first bottle of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano dates back to 1982 and since 2008 the winery has been certificated as totally Organic.
My choice was dictated by a clear desire to help bring about, as far as I can, a better agriculture, which increased respect nature and strive to make products of the earth healthy and wholesome, preserving the “biodiversity” that are and will remain the value-added products and the Italian heritage of the community”
I vini trasmettono fedelmente il carattere del territorio e rispecchiano, come talvolta capita, anche quello del titolare: schiettezza, personalità, sobrietà.
Il Lipitiresco '10 si esprime con note olfattive legate al cuoio e alle spezie mentre in bocca è carnoso, dal finale saporito.
